Real Housewives of Atlanta's Cynthia Bailey knows how to throw an event. She is, after all, the founder of a modeling school and the director of the Miss Georgia pageant. So it's no surprise that when it came to her own daughter Noelle's sweet sixteen party, Cynthia went all out.
In a video invitation that made its way to TMZ, Noelle follows in her supermodel mother's footsteps for the day, getting her make-up done professionally before sitting for a shoot with a photographer, all while Katy Perry's "Teenage Dream" plays. In the super high-quality video, Noelle rocks a few different looks including the above look complete with a birthday crown and a different edgy black dress with a gold Moschino belt.
The party, which went down in Atlanta on Thursday night, was orchestrated by event planner David Tutera. The party will reportedly be featured on a future episode of Tutera's WeTV series, CELEBrations. That explains why Noelle posed with Tutera earlier this week on Instagram and referred to him as her "partner in crime."
Since Cynthia very publicly lost one best friend last year, her words about her relationship with Noelle are especially touching. "A daughter is just a little girl who grows up & becomes your best friend," she captioned an Instagram pic of the pair earlier this week.
And from the looks of it, Cynthia pulled out all the stops for the bash, which just so happened to also be attended by her #RHOA pal, Claudia Jordan. Claudia and a few other partygoers posted some pictures to social media for anyone who didn't get an invite.
The birthday girl also looked chic in her white dress and crown.
