The world has long wondered what exactly is going on with Donald Trump's hair. Is it a wig? Is it a comb-over? Is it something else entirely?
Well, that mystery was finally solved when Donald appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon Thursday night. Jimmy Fallon asked the Republican presidential nominee if there was "something that we could do now that we're both just civilians."
"I'm not liking the sound of this," Donald responded.
Then, The Tonight Show host asked Donald if he could do what most of us have probably only dreamed of doing ourselves: "Can I mess you hair up? I'll be gentle."
Luckily for all of us, Donald actually obliged. "The answer is yes, but the people in New Hampshire where I'm going to be in about an hour from now, I hope they're going to understand," he said while prepping his hair for a tussle. "Go ahead."
Jimmy looks absolutely giddy as he gets all up in Donald's locks, which he manages to make look totally disheveled by the end. But since Donald's hair remained intact on his head and you get a little peek of his scalp underneath, you can tell that it's all his. The Tonight Show host even messes up his own hair in the end too, although it doesn't look quite as unkempt as Donald's.
Donald's coif isn't the only famous 'do to cause a stir over the years. Brandi Glanville accused Lisa Rinna's signature hairstyle of being a wig last season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills too, but the actress set the record straight with Ladies of London's Caroline Stanbury, who gave the hair a tug on Instagram.
But as we've seen on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, a wig pull can tear a friendship apart, too.
