Is Heather Dubrow a Third Wheel to Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif?

"I've known Paul almost as long as I've known Terry," the #RHOC mom says about the Botched pals.

Three's company when Heather Dubrow joins her husband Terry Dubrow and his BFF Paul Nassif for the new season of Botched: Post Op. The Real Housewives of Orange County mom and the two plastic surgeons have a friendship that is kind of adorable to watch unfold, but Heather is quick to point out that she is definitely not the odd one out when they get together.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Orange County on  Peacock and the Bravo App.

"It's so funny cause I call Paul Terry's wife at work. I love their friendship. I think it's adorable," Heather told The Daily Dish. "And, no, I don't think I'm the third wheel. I think it's just two very different relationships. Actually, I've known Paul almost as long as I've known Terry. We've known him for like 16 years. So I feel like he's the brother I never wanted. And Terry's the brother, too, sometimes too. They both make jokes, by the way. They make jokes at my expense on Botched all the time which is so mean. [Actually] it depends what the joke is. I don't really mind."

In fact, Heather knew Paul back when he was courting his future wife, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Adrienne Maloof. "We met Paul and Adrienne before they ever got married. So I knew Adrienne and I met her, but we didn't hang out as couples," Heather recalled. "What happened was we were going back and forth between L.A. and Orange County, and we were trying to figure out what to do. Are we going to move back to L.A.? Are we going to stay there? Terry was trying to have half a practice in L.A. and half in Orange County, so he was sharing space with Paul. And so they started working together and then we met Adrienne and then they got married. But we never lived in the same town, so we didn't really hang out. But I always really liked her; she's nice."
