Is NeNe Leakes Throwing Shade at Housewives in Her One-Woman Show?

You might hear some familiar names when the #RHOA alum takes the stage.

NeNe Leakes has a microphone, and she's not afraid to use it.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Atlanta on Peacock and the Bravo App.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum revealed that she will be throwing some shade during her new one-woman show, which kicks off April 13 at The Comedy Zone in Charlotte, North Carolina, and it'll be directed toward some familiar names. "No, I will not call out anybody. I might call out one person," NeNe told E! News before adding, "I'm gonna call out some of the Housewives. I have to say that because I'm gonna be talking about that because that is a part of my life."

So which 'Wives in particular can we expect to get read? "All of those girls. I mean, there's not a name that I won't call out. Cynthia [Bailey], Porsha [Williams], Phaedra [Parks], Kandi [Burruss], Kenya [Moore]. They all getting called out in the show, now. Don't think they're not, because they have been a part of my life," NeNe explained.

NeNe also isn't afraid to open up about some of the more intimate parts of her life, such as the ups and downs of her relationship with husband Gregg Leakes, who will be in the audience during the show. "This is about my life, so I'm gonna talk about being married and divorced and married again," she said. "My husband doesn't like that part because I'm going to be talking about his ass, OK?"

Though NeNe seems more than ready to tackle these tough topics in front of a live audience, she admits that the fact that her first performance has sold out "is very scary" for her. "I was thinking that we're gonna go to Charlotte, North Carolina, we're gonna kind of do this under the radar a little bit, and I was gonna get my kinks out," NeNe explained. "Well, however, the show sold out, and my team got all greedy, and they were like, 'We should add a second show.'"

The plan is to move the show to Nashville, Tennessee from there and then "come back and kind of regroup," according to NeNe. "And if we really love this thing, we're gonna launch the tour," she said.

Whatever NeNe ends up talking about in the show, you can bet that you're going to see the real RHOA 'Wife onstage. "Well, I'm not gonna try to be a comedian," NeNe said. "I'm just gonna be NeNe Leakes. I'm just gonna take the stage and just say and do what I do."

That's all we could ever ask for, anyway.

NeNe certainly didn't hold anything back when she returned to RHOA this season. Relive the tense moment, below.
