Is Ryan Serhant Ready to be a Dad?

Ryan Serhant broke a few hearts when he asked his girlfriend, Emilia, to marry him last September in a lavish proposal that took over Times Square. But just because they are one step closer to walking down the aisle doesn't mean the Million Dollar Listing New York star is any more ready to take the next step into parenthood.

In fact, his answer was pretty clear. "Absolutely not," he tells Wetpaint. "Yeah, no."

As for his wedding plans, Ryan says that he and Emilia "haven't figured anything out so far," but that life as an engaged couple has been great.

"Everything's good so far," he adds. "People said it would [be tough] but it's not. Everything has been the same but better."

Of course he's been pretty busy these days. He recently hit the big screen in While We're Young alongside Ben Stiller, Naomi Watts and director Noah Baumbach. "Now, looking back at it, I'm a little anxious about it because I think it set the bar so high," he says of the experience. "It's like it was almost a fluke. It was an incredible experience to work with them and I hope I get the opportunity to do it again." (Though he adds he has "no high hopes" that Ben will call him to appear in Zoolander 2.)

Ryan further dished on what he's looking forward to next when it comes to not only his personal life, but also in his career—especially because he's always looking to see if he can recapture the magic he felt after he cashed his first-ever commission check. "It was the greatest day in the history of the world," he reveals. "And I've been chasing that experience ever since."
