Is This What Patricia Altschul *Really* Thinks of the Southern Charm Cast?
Comedian Amy Phillips has a few things to say to the #SouthernCharm cast as the show's grand dame.
As the arbiter of etiquette and good taste on Southern Charm, Patricia Altschul's words always sound polite, even when she's actually throwing some shade. But give this woman a microphone, and she is actually quite the talented insult comic. Well, at least Amy Phillips' impersonation of Patricia is.
The comedian and Radio Andy host used her famous impersonation skills to imagine how the Southern Charm grand dame would roast her castmates, which you can check out in the clip, below. And no, that doesn't mean she invited them over to her mansion for a nice, homecooked meal. She instead skewers them with that classic sharp wit of hers.
No one is safe from Patricia's jabs in the clip. Donning a caftan and a pair of large sunglasses, Patricia doles out disses to all of the Charmers, including Kathryn C. Dennis, Cameran Eubanks, Thomas Ravenel, Craig Conover, Shep Rose, Landon Clements, and even Patricia's own son Whitney Sudler-Smith. They're probably going to need a sip of Patricia's "medicine," a.k.a. her martini, after watching this video.
But the real Patricia definitely likes what she sees, complimenting Amy's comedy (as well as her looks) in the video on Twitter.
Hopefully, the rest of the Southern Charm cast has just as much of a sense of humor about it.
