Jax Taylor's Pals Offer Their Love and Support Following His Father's Passing
The Vanderpump Rules SURver is mourning his dad after he lost his battle with cancer.
Jax Taylor confirmed on Thursday that his father, Ronald Cauchi, passed away after a battle with cancer. He shared the news on Twitter, writing, "My heart is broken, I lost my best friend and the best man I have ever met last night. I love you so much dad I can’t even breathe anymore."
Jax first revealed the news of his father's illness in December, later confirming to The Daily Dish that he had been diagnosed with stage IV cancer "in his throat, his esophagus" about two months ago. Jax's father had gone through multiple rounds of treatment during his battle with cancer.
Since taking to social media to open up about his dad's passing, Jax has received an outpouring of support from his Vanderpump Rules pals, who took to Twitter to send love to their friend.
His girlfriend, Brittany Cartwright, whom he credited on Twitter as the "only person not letting me fall right now," had this message for fans: "Jax & his family are going through a really really hard time right now. Please keep them all in your prayers & respect their privacy."
