Jeff Lewis Reveals Who's Really the "H.B.I.C." in His Flipping Out Family

Jeff Lewis may look like he's running things on Flipping Out — his company is named after him, after all — but if you've been watching this season, you know that a new member of the Jeff Lewis Design team is running the show. 

The Flipping Out designer recently shared a photo identifying who's really the "H.B.I.C." And considering the pic is of his daughter Monroe (who is already looking oh-so-grown-up at only 11 months old, we might add), we have a feeling that acronym means "Head Baby in Charge."

It looks like Monroe already loves going to work with her dad and filming Flipping Out. 

Face it: She'll be running Jeff Lewis Design for real in no time.
