Jeff Lewis Remembers His Late Dog Casey
The #FlippingOut star opens up about the tragic loss.
Sad news to report: Jeff Lewis shared that his dog, Casey, died on Saturday, June 4. The Flipping Out dad-to-be revealed the news on Instagram and shared a tribute to his late pet. "Our sweet dog Casey passed away last night. Please keep her in your prayers," he wrote on Instagram on Sunday. "#heartbroken #RIPCasey."
The loss comes during an exciting time for Jeff and his longtime partner, Gage Edward, as the duo are expecting their first child together via surrogate. Jeff shared the news last month in an interview with People. “We are very excited, but I’m also a little terrified,” he said. “I’m trying to decide if I’m more terrified or excited, but I think it’s normal.”
And Jeff is definitely preparing for fatherhood at home, as he recently shared a photo from the in-the-works nursery for their daughter.
