Real estate worlds are colliding!
Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles' Josh Altman is making a move: he's just switched firms to Douglas Elliman's new Beverly Hills office and he has taken his brother Matt with him.
Douglas Elliman is not only New York City's biggest residential brokerage company but also home to Million Dollar Listing New York's Frederik Eklund, who also happened to be named the #1 agent in New York City by the Real Deal last year. Meanwhile, the Altman brothers bring their record-breaking skills to the new firm—they are noted for having sold the priciest one-bedroom in Los Angeles at a whopping $21.5 and have closed more than $1 billion in deals. Will there be some coast-to-coast competition between these top realtors? If we know both these alpha males, our votes are yes.
“Josh and Matt have built one of the most impressive global networks of high-end clients in the industry," Douglas Elliman CEO Dottie Herman said in a statement. "[They] will be key drivers of our mission to develop California’s premier real estate brokerage brand.”
"We’re thrilled to be able to offer our clients the full power of the Elliman brand,” Josh added.
Last night in New York City, Fredrik welcomed Josh and Matt to the team. Check out the photo he posted on Instagram.
