However, this is no whirlwind romance. Josh and Bobby knew each other for 10 years before they started dating at the beginning of this year. "When you know, you know, and when you just feel it's right, you feel it's right. The first date we had, real date, I knew that I wanted to marry him," Josh told The Daily Dish. "My parents were engaged at three months and are married for 34-plus years, so it does happen sometimes. Some people get engaged and wait and get married three, five years later, then get divorced the next day. So with him, I knew he was the one for me. And so I wanted to get engaged."

But this wasn't just any old engagement. Like everything Josh does, he popped the question in July in style, enlisting the help of 40 dancers to surprise Bobby, who thought he and Josh were attending a fashion show, at the Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris. Songs by Mariah Carey, who Josh said Bobby is "obsessed with," and Bruno Mars provided the soundtrack to the lovely moment. "It was pretty cool. I was impressed," Josh said. "It was definitely over-the-top, but it was great."

Of course, magic like that doesn't just happen. "I planned for three months. You can ask my assistant. I was sitting, literally, every day listening to songs over and over and over and over and over and over again and driving her absolutely crazy," Josh shared. "But preparation was a little bit difficult because Bastille Day is the day that we did it, and that's basically the Fourth of July in France. So it's a holiday, all the streets are closed. I was just petrified. I didn't think about this when I was planning it that all the dancers might not be able to get there. A couple of them, actually, weren't able to get there. But anyway, it's just the hardest day to coordinate."

But there was an important reason why Josh needed to pop the question to Bobby in Paris. "We went to Paris and he had never been to Paris before because he wanted to go the first time when he was in love," Josh explained. "So even though he modeled in London for many years, he could've easily hopped over to Paris — it's only an hour away — but never wanted to because he wasn't in love."

Even though there were a lot of moving parts to this engagement, Josh only had one thing on his mind as he got down on one knee. "I was totally excited," Josh said. "People say, 'Were you nervous?' Not by any means. I was excited. I couldn't wait for it to happen."
