On the next episode of Top Chef Masters, airing July 31 at 10/9c, Kathie Lee Gifford will join the critics as they survey the Masters' latest creations. This time, they're tasked with putting an Asian spin on an American classic. And the food takes Gifford out of her comfort zone.
