Kathryn C. Dennis Comments on Her Relationship with Patricia Altschul
The #SouthernCharm pal reacts to the matriarch's previous opinions of her.
Patricia Altschul and Kathryn C. Dennis haven't exactly ever been close. The two Southern Charm ladies don't have much of a relationship — and the Charleston matriarch has been somewhat opinionated when it comes to Kathryn. So when Kathryn appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Monday, she shared why she thinks that's the case.
"I think that when she sees me, she sees something in herself that she resents. Maybe, kind of like a mirror," Kathryn shared. "I don't know. That's kind of a broad way to put it, but I think that's the root of it all cause none of it makes sense otherwise."
Earlier this year, Patricia shared her side during an April appearance on WWHL, explaining why it appears that she's softened a bit on the young mother-of-two following her return from treatment. "I would be a hypocrite if I said I was yearning to get to know her better," Patricia said at the time. "However, I'm hopeful that she will turn her life around this year."
