This Is Kim Zolciak-Biermann's New Year's Resolution — And How Brielle Is Helping Her Achieve It
The Don't Be Tardy mom is trying to find some (inner) peace.
It's New Year's resolution season, folks. And, not even Bravolebs are immune to getting in on the fun. Erika Girardi recently shared hers with us in the video above and now another blonde bombshell has also made a pledge for 2018. That lady is Don't Be Tardy mama, Kim Zolciak-Biermann. On Instagram, she shared the one thing she'd like to try and achieve when 2017 comes to a close.
"I'm going to learn to meditate in 2018! I'm so all over the damn place all the time I think it's crucial to take 30 min (excluding exercise) to yourself. Can I slow my mind(?) Can I let go? Will my kids leave me alone?" she shared on social media, before revealing how her daughter, Brielle Biermann, is helping her try and achieve the goal. "There are a couple apps @briellebiermann has showed me that I guess might help?! Thoughts(?)"
Regardless of if Kim can make her resolution come true (and we're thinking she can...), 2017 was pretty major for the Biermann clan (isn't it always?) — and it all capped off with Kim and hubby, Kroy Biermann, renewing their vows during the Don't Be Tardy season 6 finale.
