The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum took the little ones to the doctor this weekend, and Kim's mini me, Kaia, was not having it. In fact, she showed off what her mom called her "resting bitch face."
"My resting 'BitchFace,'" Kim aptly titled the shot, which was as adorable as it was sassy. "#ISeriouslyCouldEatHer," Kim ended the post. Aww!
The other half of Kim's dynamic duo, Kane, also didn't seem to be on board with the whole vaccination agenda either.
