Kristen, who has admitted she's not a fan of the gym, has already shared her at-home 20-minute workout routine but it takes more than leg lifts and genetics to get the look. The mother of two also adheres to a healthy diet courtesy of celebrity chef Paula Hankin, who recently shared a few recipes with People magazine.
This is no starvation diet. On a typical day, Kristen may start with a protein shake and spinach quiche for breakfast, indulge in a chicken and veggie burger and a side of quinoa for lunch, and finish the day with roasted cod and a fruit and yogurt dessert.
While the typical American mom may not be able to afford a chef to prepare their meals, Kristen's favorite place to shop is somewhere you'd find any other mom or housewife.
"I will go to Costco and buy in bulk," Kristen told People. “Everything I cook is frozen. I have a deep freezer. We’re probably one of the only families in New York City who have a deep freezer."
