It's no secret that Kroy Biermann loves Kim Zolciak-Biermann, but the Don't Be Tardy football star has decided to show his affection for his wife in an unexpected way.
Kroy got an extra-special pedi to show his support for Kim during her recent heart surgery. Thankfully, the procedure was successful, and Kroy also managed to successfully steal our hearts with his adorable black, white, and red-painted toes made to look like a heart monitor. "If that isn't love I don't know what is," Kim wrote on Instagram.
We'd have to wholeheartedly agree.
