Kyle Richards: 'Exercise Keeps Me Sane'

The 'Wife reveals her bad eating habit.

Although we certainly didn't notice, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Kyle Richards discusses her recent body issues with LifeGoesStrong.com, telling the site that she packed on pounds last season, perhaps due to her turbulent relationship with older sister Kim Richards.

"I'm not skinny," says the petite beauty. "I gained a lot of weight in season two and maybe it's because of stress. I was pretty stressed out because of that big fight I had with my sister Kim. I'm just one of those people who get stressed and gain weight."

Since the wrap on season two, Kyle has lost 11 pounds and enjoys working out regularly. "I'm still not as thin as I want to be and it gets harder each year with age," admits the 43-year-old mom of four daughters. "I've been spinning and hiking three to four days a week, which has been amazing. I have to balance shooting and the kids with taking care of myself. But women should remember that we have to take care of ourselves. Exercise makes me much better mentally. It keeps me sane."
