It's a Step in the Right Direction

It looks like newbie Dorit Kemsley is already bringing people together this season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Lisa Vanderpump and Lisa Rinna agreed to move past all of their drama from last season and begin a new chapter of their friendship during the rookie's 40th birthday party in Tuesday night's episode. And just like that, all seemed right again with the RHOBH world — but not so fast, says Kyle Richards.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Peacock and the Bravo App.

Kyle shared during a recent interview with PEOPLE Now that the Lisas "may" be able to leave all of their conflict in the past, but that "there's always gonna be a little" tension between them. The RHOBH boutique owner was also asked if she had any advice for Lisa R. on how to handle her friendship with Lisa V. moving forward, having overcome her own issues with the restaurateur in the past. "You know, Lisa Rinna, she's smart. I don't think she needs any advice on how to handle anyone," Kyle explained. “The only advice I ever gave Lisa Rinna was when she first started the show, and I said, ‘Always be yourself — always be true to yourself, 'cause at the end of the day, you’re going to have to live with anything you said or did. Whether you get heat for it or not, Lisa, if that’s how you felt? You can live with that.'”

The Lisas Reunite

But at the end of the day, Kyle said it's every Lisa for herself. "Hey, they're on their own," Kyle said with a laugh. "[Lisa R.]'s always gonna get herself in trouble."

Lisa R. explained why she decided to apologize to Lisa V. in Tuesday night's episode in her latest blog on Bravotv.com. "So, you saw an apology tonight, and I meant what I said. I know I went in hard in hopes of the truth coming out. Like I said, I don’t need or expect an apology, because I have already forgiven, made peace with, and moved on from last year’s situation," she wrote. "Again, life is too short, and I can’t control what anyone thinks, feels, and says, but I can certainly control my reaction to what is said and done to me, and that’s exactly what I intend to do."

Lisa V. said that Lisa R.'s apology confirmed what she had known all along. "Rinna approached me in a vaguely conciliatory manner, informing me of something I was well aware of...'She was hard on me.' No...surely not, being called an evil, manipulative liar, too funny," she said in her latest Bravotv.com blog. "Of course she wants to move on. I would too if I had challenged a friendship with no regard for the history between us."

It looks like Lisa R. will have her hands full with some family drama in next Tuesday night's episode of RHOBH. Catch a sneak peek, below.
