Marysol Patton on RHMIA's Latin Appeal

The Miami 'Wife dubs the new cast "explosive yet very fun."

By Lauren Metz

Brace yourself. When The Real Housewives of Miami launches February 22, Marysol Patton tells Celebrity News Service that you'll meet "a very eclectic mix of women -- three of Cuban decent, a Brazilian and a Texan -- [and] that alone is an explosive yet very fun combination."

The force behind a successful celebrity PR firm promises the Miami cast won't simply blend in with the D.C., New York, Atlanta, and Beverly Hills girls. "When we were filming I knew that our show was going to be very different from all of the others ones as our cast is very different and the tone was turning out to be light, humorous and upbeat!" she continues.

Besides being introduced to co-stars Lea Black, Larsa Pippen, Alexia Echevarria, Cristy Rice, and Adriana DeMoura (check out photos of our newest Real Housewives), viewers also get to meet Marysol's momma Elsa.

"I didn't want my mother to be a part of the show, but she was such a fun character in high demand it became something that was out of my control," Marysol reveals to Celebrity News Service. "Plus she is my mother who I have always had a very close and special relationship with so naturally, she was part of the show as she is a major part of my life."

What makes Elsa such a sought after character? She's a "seer" and filled with spiritual insight... just don't call her a psychic.
