Meghan King Edmonds Reveals She Gave Her Husband an Ultimatum Over Their Baby

Meghan King Edmonds is due to give birth to her first child with husband Jim Edmonds later this year. Though we've seen that Meghan can't wait to start a family of her own this season of The Real Housewives of Orange County, it apparently took some convincing for Jim, who has four children from previous relationships. 

Meghan even said that she had to give her hubby an ultimatum in order to get him to take out his frozen sperm to use during her IVF treatment, which he froze after getting a vasectomy. "I think I said, 'Baby, or no me at all,'" Meghan recently told PEOPLE. "All or nothing."

Now we know that Jim agreed, and the couple had success conceiving on the first try. Still, some viewers think Jim doesn't seem to be that enthused about becoming a dad for the fifth time this season of RHOC.

Meghan explained why Jim may seem so aloof about her pregnancy during her appearance on Watch What Happens Live in July (clip above). "You know what? You're kind of right about the having the baby part. I mean, the whole getting pregnant part he was like, 'Oh, you know...like whatever. What's going on?' and [being a] total stereotypical guy," Meghan told one WWHL caller. "But now that I am pregnant he's always talking about the baby, and 'How's the baby? Can you feel the baby?' And it's really sweet now that I'm actually pregnant. I think he just needed it to materialize a little bit more."
