When it comes to closing the deal, Josh Altman knows a thing or two about how to get it done. And the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent is hoping that the romantically-challenged will apply his bona fide skills to negotiating some alone time with that special someone. When The Daily Dish recently caught up with the West Coast agent, he shared how those less skilled in the love department can use some of the tips from his book, It's Your Move, in their romantic life. "I've been out of the game for a while so my deal's closed as I'm engaged, but if I was going to close in the bedroom [this is what I suggest]," he said, before breaking down the key points you might need to put into action. "Don't let them see you sweat. Always make sure you have the upper hand — that can go a couple different ways," he laughed. "And, let's see, stand your ground." Good. To. Know.
