NeNe Says No-No to 'Apprentice' All Stars
The Atlanta 'Wife says the reality competition was "hard as hell."
If you've been holding out hoping that NeNe Leakes would return to Celebrity Apprentice to give the boardroom another go, we're sorry to report you're out of luck.
Leakes, who went from Real Housewives of Atlanta to Donald Trump's reality competition -- showing off her trademark attitude and powerful personality -- says that an all-star Apprentice gig just isn't in the cards for her. "It was hard as hell — a grueling-ass schedule," Leakes told TVGuide.com, adding that the "sunup to sundown" production schedule of the show just isn't for her anymore.
"You're locked into a war room and you have to give up your cell phone, your iPad, your laptop, everything. It's a tough show. I can't do it again!"
It's not as though NeNe's desperately in need of work. Aside from Housewives, she's established herself as a fan favorite on Glee, and in September she'll make her NBC sitcom debut when The New Normal premieres.
