One of Padma Lakshmi's most recognizable features just so happens to be her long, beautiful hair. Unsurprisingly, food is a major key to the Top Chef host's healthy locks. And much like Kyle Richards, Padma's daily routine is a lot more accessible than you might think.
"You have to get a lot of protein. You have to eat a lot of eggs, a lot of lentils. You don't have to eat a ton of red meat, but you have to eat right [and] get nutrition to your hair, to your nails, your skin," Padma revealed to The Daily Dish. "I also do oil head messages, maybe just twice a month. And then I'll braid my hair and sleep on it, so it gets super conditioned. I'll just use regular oil, like coconut oil or jojoba oil. And I just use a good shampoo."
