Amidst all the boundless drama on last season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, one of the more joyful, touching moments was when Lisa Vanderpump and her husband Ken renewed their wedding vows on their 30th anniversary. Standing outside by their beautifully decorated pool, Lisa and Ken recommitted their love for one another.

Renewing the Vows

So how did the ‘Housewife ring in her 31st? While she previously revealed she scored several bouquets of roses for their actual anniversary on August 28th, the adorable couple jetted down to Punta de Mita, Mexico over the weekend to keep the party going. Lisa shared a photo on her Twitter (see above).

Dressed in her signature pink, Lisa celebrated her 31st anniversary in style with a stunning beachfront dinner. Love was clearly in the air with Lisa naturally seated at the head of the table next to Ken, and her other true love, Giggy. Lisa’s daughter Pandora and her husband Jason were among the cheerful partygoers.

Describing the beach as exquisite, Lisa tweeted, "Beautiful anniversary dinner in Punta de Mita. Love the St. Regis." On top of the breathtaking beachfront views, the 22 acre St. Regis Punta Mita Resort also boasts its signature butler service, luxury spa, two Jack Nicklaus signature golf courses as well as a tennis center nestled in a palm grove. Not too shabby!
