Just in case you thought Andy Cohen was too good to be true, we now have further evidence to prove he's just as wonderful as he seems. Daryn Carp, Andy's longtime assistant, sat down with The Daily Dish podcast to spill what it's really like to work for the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host.

How to Watch

"Andy's the best," Daryn said. "I mean, he's honestly the nicest person, the nicest boss I could ask for. I just feel very lucky to be in his orbit, if you will."

Just how nice is he? In her seven years of working for him, Andy has never once raised his voice to her. How many people can say that about their boss?

"I remember one time there was a black tie event, and I forgot to tell him, so he wore this mint green suit. And I was like, 'Oh my God, I'm never going to hear the end of this. I totally messed up...' And so many people tweeted at him to be like, 'Isn't that your assistant's job to tell [you]?' And he never threw me under the bus, he never throws anybody under the bus."

Daryn went on to say, "He has never raised his voice to me once. He has a very good way of telling me like how I need to change something. He'll be like, 'Next time you should do it this way.' And it is so refreshing to have a boss like that. I've never been fearful of him ever. In fact, it just makes me motivated to impress him."

You can listen to the entire interview above to learn even more about working for Andy and hanging out with his famous friends.
