Two teams battled it out on the field in Sunday's big game to determine who would reign supreme in one of the biggest sporting events of the year. Yes, we're obviously talking about the Puppy Bowl here, Animal Planet's annual competition of canine cuteness with some football thrown in. What other "big game" could we have been referring to?
Team Ruff and Team Fluff went at it again during Puppy Bowl XII. However, Team Ruff featured a very special player this year: a 16-week-old Havanese pup named after our very own Andy Cohen. When Andy, who hails from Florida Little Dog Rescue, took the field, we also learned that she has a crush on Giggy Vanderpump. Beverly Hills is a long way away from the Sunshine State, but we feel like these two cuties could find a way to make it work.
Andy may be small, but she is mighty. During the Puppy Bowl, which you can see a clip of below, the pooch took possession of the orange owl and successfully fended off her 13-week-old terrier teammate named Timon. However, Timon eventually scooped up the toy and scored a touchdown. Andy may not have been able to do a victory dance herself, but at least she helped her team score, in a way.
Not only can Andy pass around a pigskin, but she's also the cutest bartender ever, as we saw on Watch What Happens Live last week.
This year's Puppy Bowl also featured a a 19-week-old English bulldog on Team Fluff named Countess, who looked as regal as The Real Housewives of New York City's Countess Luann de Lesseps, if we do say so ourselves.
In the end, Andy helped lead Team Ruff to victory. However, a good and cute time was definitely had by all.
These adorable pics of Andy's dog Wacha will continue to make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
