Kim Zolciak-Biermann Shows Off Her Chest X-Ray — and What's Lodged Inside
The Don't Be Tardy mom provided a peek at the device that was put into her heart two years ago.
Kim Zolciak-Biermann had a terrifying health scare in 2015. After suffering a mini-stroke, The Real Housewives of Atlanta and Don't Be Tardy mom underwent heart surgery that changed her whole perspective on life.
In 2016, Kim told The Daily Dish that the scary ordeal helped her worry less and trust that everything would work out. "There's parts of me that are very thankful for my stroke and how I've evolved. I'm just not as attached to [questions like], 'Where are we going to live? What are we going to do?' It doesn't matter. We'll work it out and we'll figure it out, which is actually a really awesome feeling," she said then.
Since then, Kim has continued to focus on health as her top priority, getting regular check-ups to monitor her heart. On April 3, she shared an update straight from the doctor's office.
Posting a photo of her most recent chest X-ray, Kim wrote: "How crazy?!! You can see the device they put in my heart 2 years ago ... on my X-ray that I got today! God is so good!" Take a peek at the intimate photo, below:
