Reza Farahan Reveals His Hardcore Workout Plan

The 'Shahs of Sunset' star says he's "on a mission" to get fit—and it's working.

New Years resolutions are easy to make and hell to keep, but three weeks into his 60-day workout plan, Reza Farahan is still playing by the rules.

On Wednesday, the Shahs of Sunset star shared a photo of himself doing a deep squat while lifting 70 pounds in weights (more than 80 pounds, counting the bar). "So we're at the 3 week mark of my 'New Year, New Me' program and this shit is working!" wrote Reza who has been steadily losing weight for months. "My ass is still fat, but I'm a bit less fat AND hopefully by the time I'm done, I WON'T BE FAT ANYMORE!"

Just after the new year, Reza kicked off his fitness plan with his trainer Ashley Borden. "Today is day 1 of my 60 day plan! A bitch is getting 2015 started right," he captioned a shot of himself in the gym lifting kettle balls. Reza revealed just how intense the following 60 days would be, "My ass is on a serious restricted diet and insane workout program! No restaurants, no sugar, no drinking! It's going to be a rough 2 months, but I'm totally in it to win it!"

Over the last few weeks Reza has shared updates here and there, like a couple weeks ago when he posted about hitting the gym twice in one day.

Even before his intense 60-day plan, Reza was getting fit. Back in October, he shared a shirtless pic of his already slimmed-down body, "Still working on it, but a bitch has lost some weight, can you tell?," he captioned the pic.

And a new body isn't the only awesome result of Reza's dedication. On Wednesday, he tweeted about meeting Rihanna while working out—and apparently she's a fan. "This going 2 sound unbelievable," he wrote, "but was just working out w/my trainer & [Rihanna] interrupted me to give me & #Shahs a compliment."
