It's been a tough year for Teresa Giudice, but she's not letting it get her down. In fact, she's still pursuing her passion of serving up delicious Italian food—and sharing the secrets of her craft with fans.

In a brand new online video for Glam.com, the bestselling cookbook author is stepping into the kitchen to show you how to make one of her favorite recipes straight out of her cookbook, Fabulicious.

Teresa calls the Angel Hair Pasta with Spicy Shrimp one of her daughter's very favorite recipes and promises that it is "quick, easy, and delicious." Indeed, the recipe calls for only a few simple ingredients like olive oil, shrimp, angel hair pasta, lemon juice, and a homemade "red snappy sauce" made from olive oil, garlic, onion, red pepper flakes, tomato sauce, salt and parsley.

"A lot of my recipes were passed down from my mom," the RHONJ star explains in the video. "My mom was born in Italy; I'm first generation here. Then from learning to cook with my mom, I started coming up with my own recipes." Teresa has since authored four cookbooks detailing her Italian dishes.

"Seafood and pasta together is the score," she says of this family hit. "It looks delicious and smells delicious." We agree!
