The Real Housewives of New York City pal was documenting the scene from a New York City steakhouse, where she was a guest at former Million Dollar Listing New York agent Michael Lorber's birthday party.

Showing off place settings that featured black etchings of guests' names, the Sonja by Sonja Morgan designer declared, with some gusto: "I love it. Everyone gets their name, to take home." She also joked about being engaged to a guest with the last name McMillan, putting her name above his on her plate. And then, the realization hit.

Panning over the crowd at the dimly lit restaurant, Sonja said: "Oh my God, I just realized I'm the only girl in this whole room again. Oh wow, this is a great crowd!" Made better, we're sure, by Sonja's presence.
