Southern Charm New Orleans' Jeff Charleston Shares a Major Life Update Following the News of His Separation

Jeff Charleston is ready for his next chapter following the news of his separation from wife Reagan Charleston earlier this month. The Southern Charm New Orleans gent recently shared a major update on his career. 

Jeff is now the Head Coach of Performance Training at the Ochsner Health Center in Covington, Louisiana, he shared on Instagram Monday. It seemed as though Jeff couldn't contain his excitement about sharing the good news about the new position, which he officially started in April. 

Jeff, who is also a certified coach for USA weightlifting, according to his Instagram profile, made the announcement with a photo that showed him looking as fierce and strong as ever at his new place of work. Doesn't the New Orleans Charmer look right at home at his new gig?

This season of Southern Charm New Orleans, fans watched Jeff navigate his life after pro football. Jeff played for the NFL for six seasons, most notably as a defensive end for the New Orleans Saints, with whom he won the Super Bowl in 2010. Southern Charm New Orleans fans saw Jeff assist Reagan on her jewelry line this season.

This update from Jeff comes just a couple of weeks after he and Reagan announced their decision to separate after nearly six years of marriage. "Jeff and I have decided to separate and are devoting time to re-establishing a great friendship while focusing on personal growth apart," Reagan said in a statement to PEOPLE in an article posted on June 4. "We are looking forward to seeing what the future has in store for us." 

Since Season 1 of Southern Charm New Orleans, Reagan graduated from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. She now plans to study for the bar and hopes to open her own practice one day.
