Believe it or not, Tabatha Coffey – who can whip failing salons into shape with one intense stare – isn't much of a fan of her own tresses.
"I have really bad hair," the Aussie tells PopEater. Talk about irony. "I have baby fine hair and super straight, so this style just works for me. I normally get it cut at my salon, so when I'm home, one of my staff will cut my hair for me."
So a flowing signature celeb look seem out of the picture for the Tabatha's Salon Takeover star (well, without the help of extensions), and doesn't dream of creating one with her shears either. "I really don't have a dream client. There are celebrities that I think it would be great to meet them, or it would be great to do their hair, or I like their style," T continues.
But at the end of the day, it's really all about the hair. "It's about whoever is in my chair," the 41-year-old explains. "For me it's always about that person, so if it's a regular client, it's about them being a regular client. And the celebrity clients that I do do, it's about them being a regular client. It's not about their celebrity, because I find that if you think about their celebrity, it takes away from the hair."
