What Are Tamra Judge's Cheat Day Foods?

Yes, even someone as fit and disciplined as Tamra Judge needs to indulge every once and a while. And when The Real Housewives of Orange County mom wants to cheat on her very strict diet, she's all about carbs.

"It's not possible to stay in that competition body forever. It's just not sustainable. You're really cutting out all of your carbs, and you need carbs," Tamra told E! News, before revealing the specific snack she eats when she does break from her regimen. "Pizza. Anything with bread. I could just eat dough all day long."

However, the O.C. mom noted that the one thing she thought she'd want most, alcohol, isn't topping her cravings list these days. "I thought that was the first I would want. I thought I'd want wine," she said. "You know what, being away from it for so long and then just having a drink, it's not what I thought it was."

All of Tamra's hard work has definitely paid off. She originally started training in order to compete in fitness competitions. She placed first in her division (the 35 and older group) and went home in first place overall during her first-ever event, the Musclemania fitness competition, back on May 28. Next up she'll compete in the Fitness America event in Las Vegas taking place in November. "What helps is if you set a goal," she said. "Even if it's like, 'I'm going to do a photo shoot in six weeks, and I have to get to this in so many weeks.' Goal. Set a goal for yourself. Do a race, do a competition. Do something like that because you know you have to be your best and it keeps you in check."
