Teresa Giudice Offers an Update on Joe Giudice: “He’s Doing Well"
The Garden State mom reveals what her husband's life is currently like in prison.
Since Joe Giudice reportedly transferred out of Federal Correctional Institution in Fort Dix, New Jersey to FCI Allenwood in Pennsylvania, his wife, Teresa Giudice, says that they “still talk every day." The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom is offering an update on her husband as he continues to serve his 41-month prison sentence, which started in March 2016.
“He’s doing well,” she told PEOPLE. “It’s been awhile now, so I’m kind of just used to it. He’s only a half hour farther away. And it’s fine because it’s a camp facility, so it means that he’s closer to coming home. In his situation, it’s a good thing.”
Teresa then went on to compare her own time at the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Connecticut back in 2015 to Joe's situation: “To tell you the truth, I didn’t like getting visits while I was there. I just didn’t like it. I don’t like being in that room with all those people," she said. “I think he likes visits."
