Teresa Giudice's Daughter Gia Giudice Is Interested in Pursuing a Career in Law

It's that time of year again for high school seniors to hit the road and check out potential universities to attend next year. And that just so happens to be the case for Gia Giudice, who checked out a local college with her mom, Teresa Giudice, by her side. The Real Housewives of New Jersey family just visited Rutgers University in the Garden State. "Taking it one day at a time, with my beautiful Gia checking out [Rutgers]," Teresa wrote on Instagram over the weekend about her high senior daughter.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 14 premiere May 5th at 8/9c on Bravo and stream next day on Peacock.

Teresa previously opened up to The Daily Dish about Gia's plans for the future, which may include her one day attending law school. "I'm happy that she wants to do that," the New Jersey mom shared earlier this year in the clip above, calling the college tours a "bonding time for me and her to do."

Teresa further explained just what Gia was looking for in a potential college, including if she was open to staying close to home or expanding her horizons a bit more in terms of location, in the video above.

Teresa has noted that Gia's interest in the law was inspired by her own parents' legal issues. Gia recently commented on the news that a judge ruled her dad, Joe Giudice, will be deported back to Italy following his prison sentence in an emotional Instagram message, writing in part:

"My father is no threat to society[;] he is one of the most warm hearted people I know, he would never harm a soul. He puts everyone else before himself. I know who my father is and I think many of you do too. My father did his time and learned from his mistakes. Isn’t being in there supposed to make you realize your mistakes so you can become a better person?"
