Dolores Catania's Grandmother Has Passed Away
The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom said goodbye to her loved one at the end of 2017.
Dolores Catania's grandmother, Elizabeth Spagnola, passed away last week, The Daily Dish has confirmed. She was 104 years old.
Fans of The Real Housewives of New Jersey met Elizabeth last season when she appeared to celebrate Dolores' birthday (clip above). Dolores often gushed about her grandmother on Instagram too, including a touching tribute in honor of her 103rd birthday in 2016. "Happy birthday to one of the most inspirational and loving people I know, my grandma! Can you believe she is 103 today?!" Dolores captioned a photo of herself and her grandmother on Instagram. "Love you so much grandma, thank you for all that you do."
Elizabeth reflected on her milestone birthday when she turned 104 years old in November. “It feels good,” she said during an interview with the Paterson Press at the time. “You did what you had to do. There’s nothing you can do about it. No regrets. I did everything I wanted.”
