Vicki Gunvalson Defends Her Love for Steve

Despite there being some drama surrounding her relationship with Steve Lodge this season of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Vicki Gunvalson has been filled with nothing but joy with her man right by her side. Or, to put it another way, her love tank has become full again.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Orange County on  Peacock and the Bravo App.

Vicki took a moment to reflect on her relationship on Instagram this weekend and how much Steve has impacted her life in a post that featured two lovely photos of the couple. "Thanks @stevelodge_oc for calming my storms that enter my life and making me so happy. I [heart] you so much," Vicki gushed in the post, adding "#hesthebest," "#family," and "#mybestfriend."

Vicki and Steve have been together for two-and-a-half years, and the OG of the RHOC hasn't been shy about her desire to get married again this season. Why, it's even caused Vicki's good friend Tamra Judge to ask the man himself when he's going to pop the question earlier this season of RHOC.

Tamra also questioned Vicki's love for Steve this season of RHOC, comments that she later took back on Twitter in September. Vicki addressed all of the criticism of her relationship with Steve on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen in September, which you can check out, above.

But Vicki and Steve have made some major strides in their relationship in recent months. Not only have they been happily living together, but Vicki also shared with Home & Design earlier this season that Steve has changed his address, something that she said in the RHOC Season 13 premiere that he had not yet done. "Yeah, address has been changed," Vicki shared. "Steve and I have been living together on an off for about two years. We’ve been together two and a half and the fact of the matter was I wasn’t going to keep my big house in Coto [de Caza] if I didn’t have him move in. We’ve got six kids and six grandkids and we agreed that he would, you know, help me with the house and ... 'cause I can’t take care of it myself, it’s two acres, it’s a very big home and he’s like, 'I will help you. I will help you with whatever you need.' He’s just a great partner, like a super great partner."
