Karen Huger Sheds New Light on What Was Going on in Her Life During That Pizza Prank

We have some answers, Real Housewives of Potomac fans!

So Did Karen Huger Answer the Door For That RHOP Pizza Delivery?

Sometimes, you've just got to take matters into your own hands when you want to get to the bottom of what seems like a gigantic mystery. This season of The Real Housewives of Potomac, Gizelle Bryant, Robyn Dixon, and Ashley Darby concocted a plan to pretend to deliver a pizza to Karen Huger's new home in Great Falls, Virginia in the hopes of finally figuring out whether or not the grand dame actually lives in the mansion (clip above).

Unfortunately, when Robyn donned her pizza deliveryman disguise and rang Karen's doorbell, no one came to the door. But when Gizelle later asked Karen if she had seen a pizza left on her doorstep a few days later, she said she didn't receive any such delivery. So the plot thickens for the RHOP squad...

But Karen took to Twitter during the RHOP Season 3 finale Sunday night and shared something that could change everyone's perspective on the now-iconic Potomac pizza prank. "All of these so called friends knew my parents were ill and instead of picking up a phone and asking how they were doing, these 3 decided to play a silly prank!" Karen reacted to Gizelle, Robyn, and Ashley's bit of fun on Twitter. "No true friends here!"

Karen explained at last season's reunion that she moved to Great Falls in an effort to accommodate her ailing parents. Her mother and father have since passed away in November 2017 and June 2018, respectively, after battling Alzheimer's disease.

Both Gizelle and Ashley have said in their Bravotv.com blogs that they meant no harm, just all fun with the joke. They even thought Karen would open the door, and they would all laugh about it in the end.

Of course, as RHOP fans witnessed, that's not what happened. Even though many questions about Karen's life seem to remain, Gizelle said that she's done asking them. "The water is still a little murky, but the good news is I really don’t care," Gizelle wrote in her latest blog on Bravotv.com. "Great Falls, Potomac or Alaska it really doesn’t matter, live your life Karen."

But some people are still curious. Watch Michael Darby's unforgettable confrontation with Ray Huger from the RHOP Season 3 finale, below.
