Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney-Schwartz Have an Update on Their Plans For Kids
They may have little ones sooner than you think.
It's a question newlyweds get asked a lot, mostly from well-meaning (but slightly annoying) aunts: "When are you going to have a baby?"
Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney-Schwartz are no different from most couples in that regard — except they're fielding the same question from glossy magazines and on late-night talk shows.
The Vanderpump Rules couple appeared on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen back in March, and addressed the topic on everyone's mind: when are they planning for mini Schwartzes? At the time, Katie speculated, "Soon-ish?" Tom joked, "You want to set a date right now? Let's do it!"
So, how's project baby going now?
It looks like the "soon-ish" ETA still holds true! Katie recently gave an update on the situation to Us Weekly, explaining: "We’re just excited for our future together, and planning to eventually have a family, and buy a house and all that. It’s a reality now. It’s not just a hypothetical.”
Remember, though: Tom and Katie are still basking in that newlywed glow, and deserve to take some time to themselves. “We kind of want to just enjoy married life, just being the two of us for a while,” Katie told the magazine.
In other words: It looks like we shouldn't start tracking down booties for baby Bubba just yet.
