As you can see from the above photo, Top Chef alum Stefan Richter, Josie Malave and CJ Jacobsen will be back on tonight's episode. Padma's got a big old smile on her face introducing them to the current cheftestants -- but why?
Let's just say that there's a twist you've never seen before in Top Chef history, and that Stefan's cockiness has only grown since his time on the show where he just barely lost out on the TC title.
