Top Chef's Angelo Sosa Is Engaged

Angelo Sosa is engaged to his longtime girlfriend Kristina Romanenko, he tells the Dish. The Season 7 Cheftestant popped the question on New Year's Eve with two glasses of champagne. Of course, she said yes.
"We're super excited," he says.
And they're already planning their big day. Angelo reveals they're hoping to get married abroad in Italy. "In a fountain!" says the chef, whose mother is Italian.
Since appearing on Top Chef and Top Chef All-Stars, Angelo has written a cook book, Flavor Exposed, which shows off his talents for mixing ingredients from around the globe (Sweet Tomato Soup with Curried Whipped Cream, anyone?).
