Male supermodel and all-around fit dude Tyson Beckford knows a thing or two about what it takes to always look beach ready. The former Make Me a Supermodel host has made a career out having killers abs.
So when we wanted some advice on how guys should get ready to go shirtless this season, we asked Tyson for his professional advice.
"Hydrate. Try to cut down on alcohol 'cause there's a lot of sugar in that, and lots of calories and carbs as well," he tells the Daily Dish, noting that it's also all about working on that six pack.
"Sit-ups, leg lifts, everything. Abs is it. You don't need nothing else," he suggests.
Of course, if you need some convincing on whether you should take his advice, we've provided some visual motivation that proves this guy knows what he's talking about.
And while he's not wearing a shirt in any of these photos (you're welcome!), he does have some suggestions on what guys should be sporting this season.
"I think a lot of guys are wearing loafers, tennis shoes, shorts," he says. "A lot of custom stuff. It's time to be different."
"If I'm going to the pool," he says of when he wears the footwear. "It's comfortable; it's relaxing. Sometimes you don't to be in a hard-bottom shoe, or a running shoe. You got to let the toes air out because you don't get to do that in the winter."
