Vicki Gunvalson Welcomes Jeff Lewis to Briana Culberson's New OC Pad

The #RHOC mom is showing off her daughter's new digs to the #FlippingOut designer.

Vicki Gunvalson had one really big thing to celebrate over the Christmas holiday: Briana Culberson's move back to the OC. The Real Housewives of Orange County mom is proudly showing off her daughter's new pad. Vicki welcomed Flipping Out pair Jeff Lewis and Gage Edward to Briana's new home over the weekend, and after a rather tumultuous 2015, the OG of the OC is looking forward to the New Year. "Here's to a great 2016. Thank you for all your support. Love you both," she wrote on Instagram, where she shared a photo of herself out with Jeff and Gage.

Vicki shared the big news of Briana's move back to the sunny SoCal town back in November. "God answered our prayers today. Briana/Ryan put an offer on a house today in OC and it was accepted," Vicki tweeted at the time. "Everything is finally coming together." Briana and her husband Ryan Culberson moved to Oklahoma after he got stationed in the state upon returning from a tour in Afghanistan as a Marine.

Of course, fans will never forget when Vicki visited Briana in Oklahoma.
