On next week's episode of Top Chef Masters, comedian Mindy Kaling gets into the ring with the Cheftestants. And she throws a difficult challenge their way: create a dish inspired by some of her favorite romantic comedies. Watch a preview clip below.
"She's really talented and very very funny," says Bryan Voltaggio. They may feel differently once they start their Quickfire Challenge. From the start, David Burke seems to have a leg up—he says he's a big movie buff—while Sue Zemanick feels at a disadvantage with her selection (she picked Knocked Up).
"It's about a pregnant girl and this stoner impregnator," she says. "I've never been pregnant and I've never been stoned."
