I think you should have one that challenge, but you didnt and it really sucks because I wanted that dress so bad. Please know that you are the most talented and have such a bright, promising future. Not trying to hate on the other designers, but you were the only one that truly celebrated the art and beauty of a REAL woman's body. Your designs have an international appeal; any woman would wear your clothes in a heartbeat boo! Lol.

I think the real reason that you were eliminated is because they knew that you would make it regardless, while some of the other designers needed this opportunity to take their careers to the next level.

I would wish you good luck, but you don't need it. Stay blessed, and keep making those FIERCE designs!!!!

Reco, you are a wonderful designer and I believe you stayed true to yourself on the show. To be honest I only watched the show because you were on there and I knew I would get me a good laugh on top of it. I agree with some of the other people, the judges really were not that good and I'm still trying to figure out who Kelly was on there. Oh well, Reco you keep doing your thang!

Reco, I Love You! I Stopped Watching The Show Also Once You Got Eliminated! I Was Extremely Upset When You Got Elimated But It's All Good, You Will Make It Because You Have Natural Talent.

Rico you where the only reason I watched the Fashion Show. Obviously those judges does not know fashion if it was right in front of them. Fern made a statement that was very inappropriate. Rico you will go further that any designer on the show. Be encouraged please design fashion also for plus size woman. I am a fan of yours you encouraged me, to go after my dreams as well. Rico you have more than what it takes to be the best designer. To the judges yes Fern, Kelly and Maridi you did make a big mistake. If you have another fashion show make sure you choose the right designer to be booted off. You just disappointed me so much until I will no longer watch the fashion show boooooo for you, a waist of network time and money.

Reco please keep us posted on your achievements, I can’t wait until you start your own clothing line. I’m one of your biggest fans and I also will support you in purchasing your clothes because you definitely know what women like when it comes to fashion. I have no ideal what those whacked judges we’re thinking, one minute they praised your work then they tear you down, by the way that runway dress you designed was awesome and that beautiful red dress you designed would look awesome on me. The show threw in that final elimination monkey-wrench to get rid of you because you had the popular vote hands down. The show emphasized school trained designers. Your are the Michael Jackson of fashion. Your talent is natural, captivating and sure to stand out. You know that women want to look unique and fabulous. When you begin your line PLEASE start an online shopping site. I will be one of your most devoted customers. I love your style and "keep it real" personality. I can't wait to fill my closets with designs by RECO. A RECO design will turn heads when a woman makes her grand entrance.
I did not watch the Fashion Show after your departure. You made the show. Daniella thought you were her staunchest competition and couldn't stand to be beat out be an "untrained" designer. I don't care where she came from, she never stepped far from her beginnings. She has a lot to learn about people. The greatest competitor anyone has is themself. NEVER second guess yourself RECO, you have a natural talent. The Fashion Show has made you a household name, now take the fame and run with it.

Reco, I was so shocked that you we’re eliminated, you created some very nice dresses/pieces where some my have created 1 to 2 nice pieces but your designs were always hot. I don’t know what the judges we’re thinking nor looking for unfortunately after you we’re eliminated I stopped watching the show and will never watch it again. Personally I felt you got played while they got paid and they never had any intention on keeping you. Reco, you we’re one of the most interesting and talent designer on the panel which I felt they kept you for ratings only. You are an exceptional designer that had negativity trying to bring you down, and I mean Danielle that seemed jealous and wished you'd fail at times but you've brought it every single challenge. I didn't understand they talked about retail items and You and Anna were the only two who created great retail items. Daniella and her size 2 clothing wasn't realistic to me. I can't wait to see your clothes on the Red Carpet Reco. You should have been in the top 3.

Even though I have No fashion sense, this was the best show ever! Reco was my favorite from the beginning. His personallity was so cool. I really wanted him to win and thought he was gonna win. When he got sent home, I almost died!! I wish Reco much success and don't change a thing.

RECO, RECO, RECO I am a plus size woman and could see some of your fashions for us. Especially that black pant suit . Oh my gosh it looked good on the skinny girl but what a way to hide a pooch. LOL The judges know who they wanted to control and they could not do that with you. They said oh I'd love to see him work for someone WHY??? Why should you have to make someone else's dream a reality get a small business loan and make your line. Dont for get the big girls we need and love fashion too.

I agree with all the bloggers when they said that Reco got robbed. His collection was very good, and he did well most of the show. The black suit was sharp, and Isaac thought so too, he said that Reco got the whole shape thing, how to dress a woman, and then its like he just got voted off. The feathered dress was a risk, but in my opinion it paid off, the versatility of his collection. I am sure you will be the hottest upcoming designer, when one door closes another will open.

I believe Reco was CHEATED. I have never seen anyone wear something I saw on a fashion show. The feather dress was BEAUTIFUL a little shape would make better but still it was beautiful. As for the wedding dress, come on she walked fine but in the end she couldn't? Most shows end with a wedding dress and I thought his presentation was great. Don't worry though we will see more if him than the winner or anyone else from this season. I also tried to vote using your name and got kicked back, I also will not be watching again.

Reco, your collection was fabulous. I am so glad that other viewers felt the same way I did when you were robbed. The judges knew that your work was great, way better them any of them. How could they have done that. I loved that featherd gown, when I saw that all I could say was "beautiful". Everything was beautiful. Just know that you will go far, very far. Anna's clothes were boring to me. You should have won. I am so glad that you took that disapointment the way that you did, with dignity because we will see you again. I love you and don't even know you. Keep up the fantastic work.

It was nice to see and hear you compliment your friend, James-Paul. Even though I did not personally like his clothing, he does have a wonderfully different and humble approach to his designs, visions, and does not criticize others nor take offense when he receives criticisms. Hope that his humility will help you to learn to do some of the same. You will go much further and gain so much more respect when you listen and learn.. Walk your walk,, without "talking the talk".. arrogance is so distracting and unappealing to your colleagues, judges, and the public/buyers/your audience who will one day pay your salary. I did not vote; in fact I just MADE! myself watch the finale (I taped it) and I am glad Anna won out of the choses left. I do not know if I will watch the show again because I feel it is setup. If you were in the finale the end would have been to predictable, that is why you had to go. I hope to see you on your own show prehaps, I know I would definatly watch! Love your style keep sewing.

I thought your collection was the best out of all. Thats bravo for you though. I think if they had better judges or actual designers from various genres who are top sellers in the present judging, that would have made a huge difference. Glad you kept you cool Reco because I think that Bravo's "The Fashion Show" targets a particular audience and consumers as well as some other shows. This is not the end all. Keep doing your best and bringing forth new and better ideas that are fashionable and you will go far.

I must agree with the poster named "Viewer" your designs were very interesting and sophitiscated for someone with no fashion education. I love fashion and I nothing about sewing so you go boy!But I know what I like and what I would want to see a woman in where she with me. LOL!

I have so enjoyed watching your journey thru " The Fashion Show " What georgous designs you develope ! You are truly a womans designer. I agree and think you did get robbed. I did like Anna's designs also. However, your flair was glamorous and what the trend is responding to lately. Nothing wierd like some of the others, just tatesful and elegant. Dude, your fashions rock! But i have to be honest and say they are a bit too "much" for the average wearer. You would do great in costume!

But i love the feather dress you made! What a risk...but it did get u off the show, but at least you went with class. The wedding dress was great too!

I have to say that the models you had threw you off. That girl in the wedding dress could not keep her feet moving!!! And what about that other one who had to pull the dress down on the runway?

I think you would have had a bigger chance at winning with diffrent models. :D

Yes I too believe that you were robbed. I think you should have won. I think their main problem with you was that you didn't study fashion. But that should have been a great thing about you.. I am absolutely astounded at the Judge's decision. I whole heartedly agree with the the viewer's that have stated you were robbed. I think the show was well aware that if you wer in the final three you would have run away with the votes. Regardless of their decision I know you will be sooooo successful. Your collection was beautiful. I must say that I particularly loved the "wedding" dress....that dress was FABOULOUS!!! Rico I had to set back and wait tell I calmed down the words I wanted to say on this board I know we can't say.
So anyway it will always be extra challenging for real Designers like your self to get to the top. One thing I know for sure is when people try to stop you from your God given talent all it means is get ready because you will be showered with MORE!! Blessings!!
This is just like Project Runway that’s why I stopped watching it these people are afraid of stepping out the box so they always take the safe route that means "BORING" there is only a hand full of real designers in America we need you!!! I know we will see you out in The Fashion world.

this show was a HUGE disappointment to me... I absolutely loved your work and felt you were the one who really understood what it means to be a true designer. after you were sent home I didn't even bother with the show to see who won because the only person who should have was sent home. you are an AMAZING designer and I would've killed to wear pretty much any one of your designs! keep up the fabulous work.

Reco I was so disapointed when they didn't let us vote for you. Your designs were great through the whole show. I'm not sure I "got" the whole Aztec thing, but glad to see you are researching now. Keep that up. I see a bright future for you as you continue to learn and grow. Would like to see you paired with a design house that produces curvier styles for women who aren't a size 2. i am SSSSOOOOOOOOOOO upset that reco didnt stay for the final 3. he shoulda won. he knows what sexy is, he know about style. reco was the best in the show. i didnt even bother to finish watching the show after he left. but i wish the best for reco because even though he didnt make it in the show he can make it somewhere else and i hope he do.

I was so upset that you got eliminated! I've loved you since the very first episode! Most people have been blogging about how you were "mean" and "uncaring", but i thought you were just telling it like it is. In the fashion industry PEOPLE WILL GIVE YOU HONEST OPINIONS! and nothing is sugar coded. Its not personal its fashion!
I loved your collection, no matter what anyone says you are my winner! You and JP are bigger than America! I've seen peices out of Anna's collection so many times before and now there not considered fashionable anymore...they're in the nearest Walmart. Your designs are fashion forward and bold, made for people world wide. You don't see designers like Versace and Chanel sending their version of a Maxi dress down the runway, and thats what made the famous;setting trends. I believe you will go far in the fashion industry, just continue to make headturning designs no matter what anyone says!
Remember America is not the Limit! How many Haute Couture designers do you see coming out of the US? None cause they all are stuck in following the same trends!!

Reco is a very talented designer and probably has a bright future, BUT (1) his final collection really was a disappointing letdown (2) he needs to make clothes people can walk in, for instance, with his white dress, red dress and black suit, the models could barely move their thighs, and probably couldn't sit down then stand up again, and (3)some humility, ego deflation, and respect for others will help him get along with the rest of the world. You have gotten more media attention and recognition from "not" winning than you had you made the final 3. So, take that and run. Think positive. Don't be bitter. Many actually feel that due to your not making the finals, it humbled you and made you focus more. You will go far if you listen to some of the positive criticisms and realize that no one is beyond learning and growing. I think that was the message the judges wanted to send to all of the contestants, not just you..but, particularly you..because you were getting too cocky and lax and thought you "had the win in the bag" ... But, as the judges always say, you are only as good as your last show/design.. so, that will keep you/all designers thinking, fresh, new, and always willing to listen and learn from their critics and consumers..which is what the fashion industry constantly does.. It changes and evolves every year.. I think James Paul and Danielle and Anna realize that and know that they are only beginning.. and will need to listen and learn and change all of the time. You and Merlin need to listen and learn that..not be so cocky and think you are the best/the only view...... Keep up your great creativity and wonderful technical/sewing talent and you will go far....Congrats on your success on this show and in your wishing you a bright future..

Reco, You were definately ROBBED!!!! I am a designer myself and have been sewing since the age of 6. I have seen EVERY Project Runway and now this show, so called "The FASHION Show". In my opinion, you have been the best desinger OF ALL THE SHOWS COMBINED!!!! Your designs are for the REAL woman and were beautiful. That feather dress KNOCKED MY SOCKS OFF!!!! WOW!!! I will definately follow your career. I'm sure you will be a success!!!! I wish I was rich, cause I would back you any day!!! Best Wishes!!!!

I too was very hurt when Reco got eliminated. I kinda felt it was coming since these shows are so predictable with their production. The person who gets the most air time usually gets eliminated!! Having said that, I believe there was bias on one female judge's part to Reco's strong personality. Yes, he can be confident bordering on cocky, but I believe that this facade is what got him that far. The reason Reco is loved by viewers despite his "seemingly" cocky personality is b/c we see past it. We see a guy, with limited formal education (in comparison) but a hell of a lot of skill, who is trying to beat the odds in an industry that is not dominated by his demographics. I think his exuberant bordering on cocky confidence was his way of not breaking and focusing on what he does not have in terms of industry knowledge. I do think what Fern does not see is that Reco does listen to the feedback and maybe that is what cost him in the end. He internalized his weakness and went overboard researching versus just doing what he does best....sewing from his creative juices. I personally loved his collection the most...but I felt as if he was punished unfairly. What they claimed the show was about "Fashion for everyday people" did not prevail in all their picks for final three. While I love the humility and steadfastness of JP his collection is not transferrable as is, to the everyday person....great coture....just not everyday fashion.
All in all, Reco keep your head up, be humble but strong in your convictions, and always listen to constructive criticism...it is all geared to make you the best! Just balance your in take dosage of negative feedback. Stay Bravo Reco...that is who we fell in love with..that is who we will support!

Very shocking when you were eliminated in fact im sitting there in a room full of my family seeing each collection and knew without a doubt you would make final three so when i heard what was said i was in disbelief and then angry so angry somehow i broke my tv with the remote which im not too sad about because i wouldn't even look at the last epsiode unless you were there....Love you reco and this is not over I think you know that. I Still Feel like Reco Should have won this ENTIRE Competition !!!!!!!!! I loved everything he created....He was a very talented designer. I know that even if he didnt win, he will go on to do great things. I dont know how John Paul even made it unto the competition let along the final three !!! lol whoever loved his designs were Blind !!!! Love your work RECO !!!! YOUR THE BEST HOPE TO SEE YOUR DESIGNS IN STORES REALLY SOON !!!!

Reco your clothes were HOT! I would never wear any of the other contestant's stuff. It was either too loose, too manly, too frilly, or too WTF (JP). Your clothes were sexy and what woman doesn't want to look and feel sexy. Even if your clothes were made into a size 14-20 one can tell they would still show a womans curves. JP's would look like a tent, Daniella's a butch chick, and Anne's has no hourglass shape. I concur with the others, "YOU WERE ROBBED" and there were some haters on the show. As for Fern saying she doesn't know a woman that would want to wear the feather dress, well check the tape sweetie because the lady from The Real Housewives of New Jersey said she would.
