Jenna Jameson's After-40 Diet Epiphany: "Keto Cracks the Code to Belly Fat"

Jenna Jameson has been an outspoken advocate of the Keto diet — and here's just one more reason why.

Jenna Jameson has been sharing her postpartum journey to slim down and keep the weight off after having her daughter Batel Lu in April 2017. The former adult star and entrepreneur has lost almost 60 pounds and maintained her goal weight on the Keto diet, and has been sharing her insights about it on her Instagram account.

Now, she has had another big epiphany about Keto — a diet that has been controversial in the health community when it comes to potential for long-term risk.

"I think #keto cracks the code to get rid of belly fat," she wrote in her latest Instagram post on the topic. "After I turned 40 whenever I gained any weight it went straight to my gut, then I got pregnant at 43 and BAM I had a permanent tire. When I started the #ketodiet on April 22 of this year, the first fat to go was my waist. Miracles. Straight up organic miracle. I felt no bloating anymore and quite frankly, I feel snatched. FYI I eat a lot of organic veggies and fish. My meat consumption has lessened lately. My scale says 123 but I feel strong and energized. Ladies and gents... comment down below your problem areas. The interest in Keto seems is infectious among celebs. Keto also drew the curiosity of Tamra Judge over the summer when The Real Housewives of Orange County bodybuilder tried out the diet in August — and an endless parade of celebs has jumped on board, too... with varying degrees of success.
