After Show: Breaking Jessica Alba

Apparently, Jessica Alba missed the memo that Pizza Hut has a baby registry filled with brownies and chicken wings. Weeks after welcoming her third child — a baby boy named Hayes Alba Warren — the actress has a renewed fervor for healthy for eating.

On February 6, the new mom announced her diet plans on Instagram. In a short video of herself wearing no makeup, Alba announced: "Starting today, I'm going to make healthier food choices. I just had a baby, and it's hard to get back in the saddle. But, I think it's time."

The actress shared that she's working with Kelly LeVeque, whom she described as "an amazing nutritionist," to ramp up her healthy-eating routine. Take a peek at LeVeque's Instagram feed, and it's clear that this holistic nutritionist specializes clean food that's worth craving. (Thai Crunch bowl, anyone?)

But, Alba's still missing her sugar fixes. Posting a photo of her latest snack, which comprised crunchy raw veggies on a plate, the mom of three wrote: "[Kelly LeVeque] I love you, but I might love sugar more." She also decked her "snack time" caption with a groaning emoji, and pointed to a bottle of Jane's Krazy Mixed-Up Salt as "her only happiness."

We can totally relate to Alba's love for sugar — and salt, too, come to think of it! So, we'll be watching her feed for more healthy tips. And in the meantime, we love how real the new mama is keeping it when it comes to her all-too-human cravings.
