Khloé Kardashian Refuses to Commit This Diet Mistake While Pregnant

The mama-to-be is keeping close tabs on her health and fitness. 

Khloé Kardashian is glowing — and totally fit — at six months pregnant. The soon-to-be mommy opened up about her current diet and exercise plan, and told Entertainment Tonight that she's not planning to abandon her commitment to wellness any time soon. Hear that, Internet trolls? 

After some took jabs at Kardashian for working out with a bun in the oven, the reality star is clapping back. "It's bizarre to me that people don't want me to be happy and stay healthy and fit," she said. "My doctor wants me to work out everyday if I could, so I'm doing doctor's orders and I feel good."

In addition to keeping up her daily sweat sessions, the Revenge Body star isn't overindulging in any cravings. "I would feel horrible if I was just sitting around, overeating all day," Kardashian said. "I don't have swollen feet, I don't have a lot of these things because I'm staying so active right now. So, as long as I can, I want to keep that up."

But, if she does have the urge for something cozy and salty — say, ramen noodles — Kardashian knows just the recipe to turn to. In addition to whipping up steaming bowls of comfort food, the fitness fanatic also has a technique for satisfying cravings without chowing down on an entire bag of chips. Chocolate-almond protein bars, anyone?
