Despite the fact that Goop has a fast-food guide, we always went on the educated assumption that Gwyneth Paltrow herself doesn't spring for double cheeseburgers very often — and hey, looks like we were right!
The Goop mogul's trainer Tracy Anderson recently revealed some details of her star client's diet, and even fitness nut Anderson says it's cleaner than she eats herself. (Don't see our own trainers calling us out on the same anytime too soon.)
In an interview with The Cattwalk, Anderson weighed in on whether she or Paltrow has the cleaner diet. "Oh, that is a tie!," she said."There are moments that [Gwyneth] goes cleaner than I ever desire to go these days but there are moments — like I was a raw foodist for a year when she was eating french fries regularly, so I don’t know! We’ve known each other for a very long time so we’ve each had our moments but I think right now both of us are pretty balanced. We’re not too healthy and not too unhealthy either."
When it comes to offering diet advice to us mere mortals, Anderson had this to say: "Do not miss the opportunity to be your best self. Don’t get distracted with what everyone else is doing. Don’t miss the opportunity to be you and nurture your strength and plow through all of your shit and your history so that you can be who you were meant to be and shine as bright as you were meant to shine," she said.
